Manager Key Account Activation PL/BL
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Implement consumer facing activities at every retail-centered consumer touchpoint, across the Key Account distribution channel in EE, including ecomm. Helpdevelop the Cluster implementation plan within the EE Omnichannel strategy and implement it with excellence.
Implement the EE Omnichannel Marketing plan for Key Accounts in Poland and Baltic markets
Own in alignment with Sales EEtheKey Account Marketingplan and calendar for respective
Execute with excellence the Cluster Key Account marketing plan with focus on quality, efficiency, consistency across all consumer touch points
Manage the Cluster Key Account Activation Budget (incl. SWB) to ensure spend efficiency (ROI)
Focus on driving full price sell through
Create, own and executeAccountMarketingplans for thecluster's key accounts in close collaboration with Salesand GTM (Go To Market). Work in collaboration with EE Omnichannel team to execute (SiS, VM, Coach)
Ensure process speed & efficiency (Budget management, communication flow, reporting, plan execution)
Deliver appropriate channel activation sell-in tools for the Sales Launch period
Feedback to Senior Manager Key Account Activation CEE on performance of concepts and on toolbox readiness
Own and execute Cluster special projects in alignment with EE Key Account activation
Put special focus on launching the activities on whs.com in order to drive ecomm sell through and development

Knowledge of full marketing mix with focus on retail (brick & mortar) and ecomm channel
Project management skills
Business acumen, fluent in retail KPI’s
Marketing budget management
Drive to constantly pursue improvement
Advanced user of MS Office suite of products
Experience in both market and above market organization will be an advantage
Strong negotiation skills, strong networking skills
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in marketing project execution
University degree in Business or equivalent
Fluent in English
