Parker Lane Junior International Sales Specialist with Russian language in Warsaw, Poland

Parker Lane Group's primary service is to manage and then resell customer returns and excess stock. Our Resale as a Service (RaaS) solution allows brands to outsource all physical processing, sorting, quality control and order fulfilment to PLG.

Founded in 2010, PLG was originally one of the first companies worldwide to promote a full stack recommerce solution to returns and excess inventory management. PLG has now expanded its service offering to include recycling services, bespoke industry consultancy and a D2C Marketplace, Re Loved, which offers both rental and purchasing options.

PLG is present in over 60 markets worldwide, processing more than 2 million units every month.

Role: Junior International Sales Specialist with Russian language  – Permanent, Parker Lane Group

Reporting To: Key Account Manager

Location: Diamond Business Park, Ursus, Warsaw

Position description:

Your key responsibilities will include developing new businesses in line with sales strategy and to consistently achieve sales targets. You will achieve this by identifying, visiting and developing new markets as well as responding to leads and inquiries generated by marketing and internal sales support tools. You will manage the customer relationship throughout the selling process and manage the customer's expectations at all times.

Requirements:

  • Fluent Polish and Russian

  • Additional foreign language - English, on a good level, enabling to communicate

  • Ability to travel

  • First customer service and sales experiences (preferably in fashion industry)

  • Knowledge of a CRM system will be a great plus

  • Ability to work under minimum supervision

  • Can-do attitude
