Your responsibilities:

• Leading full accounting cycle for several SPVs;

• Preparing quarter-end, and year-end closures;

• Preparing balance sheets, profit and loss accounts and any other required accounting statements or financial reports;

• Maintaining, recording, and reconciling GL entries based on the relevant supporting documentation;

• Performing daily accounting activities like payments, mappings, keeping supporting trackers up to date

Additional tasks:

• Researching open accounting issues and liaise with the relevant parties to solve them;

• Answering questions regarding various accounting issues and reports;

• Supporting in tax returns preparation;

• Supporting in other statutory reports;

• Supporting audit process in providing reconciliations, supporting workings, documents;

• Performing other duties as assigned

Your experience and skills:

• Minimum of three to five years of relevant accounting experience;

• Advanced accounting knowledge;

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience;

• advanced English command;

• German knowledge is required;

• Communicative, detail-oriented, conscientious person, who demonstrates strong organizational and analytical skills;

• Ability to provide efficient, timely and reliable reports to customers. Ability to clearly present information;

• Ability to collect, analyze, and summarize data and to prepare clear and concise reports;

• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of GAAP;

• Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles, ability to conduct basic financial analysis;

• Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations;

• Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents;

• Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills;

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications;

• Experience with accounting and financial management software;
