Finance Director - Warsaw (m/w)

What does a successful Finance Direct do at Fiserv?

Looking for a finance leader to oversee financials of our Poland business – key market for Fiserv in EMEA region and focus of ongoing investments and growth. You will partner with the leadership team in the country to deliver strategic objectives;

manage a team focused on structuring complex, enterprise-wide solutions; and provide overall direction to the team, including product selection, pricing structure and contract terms for new logo, intra-Fiserv transfers and renewal opportunities. You will also obtain approvals from division leaders and manage resources to meet deadlines for delivery of pricing proposals.

What you will do

• Strategic Partner to head of business to deliver strategic goals and be an active sparring partner and provider of management information to key internal and external stakeholders (KNF, Auditors, sponsor bank)

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reporting packages, using data and commentary to ‘tell the story’ of financial performance, whilst leading the monthly close and forecast processes for the team.

• Build and maintain dashboards of critical metric trends.

• Conduct product profitability analysis and provide insights for driving margin improvement and facilitate the creation of annual and multi-year strategic plans for the division.

• Maintain strong partnerships with Corporate FP&A and other division finance teams and manage the relationship with bank partners and secure adequate credit facility.

What you will need to have:

• Business fluent in Polish and English; A few years’ experience related with managing company finance (accounting and controlling) with prior leadership experience

• Experience with financial sector preferred (banking, FinTech, other financial institutions)

• Previous experience working with or for finance teams relative to pricing controls

What would be great to have:

• Ability to articulate tactical items to business unit and division leaders

• Knowledge of the payments industry is an advantage
