Job overview:

Business Partner to the Finance Market Head, General Manager and Operations Managers. Key support in business partnering the General Manager as well as Regional Operations.

Drive simplification and standardization of reports and best practice sharing within financial management reporting as well as performance tracking (KPIs, business cases, budgeting, forecasting). Build new reports and insights for the Market (PL, AT, CH)

Share insights between countries in the Market and support ad-hoc projects. Responsible for preparing management reporting packages in terms of financial performance reporting and providing strong business insights. Leads annual financial planning cycle.

  • Languages : Fluency in Polish and English, with German language skills as a plus

  • Contract: Full Time

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Business Partnering :

  • Act as a financial co-pilot for the Finance Market Head, General Manager, and Operations Managers.

  • Provide critical financial insights and advice to support business decisions and strategy execution at the market level.

    Financial Reporting and Analysis :

  • Drive the standardization and simplification of financial reports across different countries within the market.

  • Prepare management reporting packages and deliver strong business insights into financial performance.

  • Lead the annual financial planning cycle, including budgeting and forecasting.

    Process Improvement and Optimization :

  • Focus on improving and optimizing financial processes, including reporting and accounting standards implementation.

  • Collaborate with the Financial Accounting Team to enhance automation and accuracy in financial reporting.

    Support Business Cases and Projects :

  • Assist in developing and analyzing business cases to support strategic decisions.

  • Participate in and drive ad-hoc projects and analyses requested by the Group or Market Management Team.

    Knowledge Sharing :

  • Gather insights from different countries within the market and share best practices to improve performance monitoring and reporting.

    What we are looking for:

  • University education with a focus on finance, economics or business administration

  • Minimum of 6 years relevant work experience

  • Knowledge of financial processes and accounting is advantageous, multiple years of work experience in business control a must.

  • Experience in translating data into insight and providing data-driven advice to senior stakeholders.

  • Ability to optimize and build Business Intelligence solutions.

  • Comfortable utilizing ERP systems utilizing various data warehouse, dashboarding and other business intelligence solutions.

  • Excellent command in verbal and written Polish and English languages.

  • Additional German language knowledge will be preferred
