Responsibilities:

· Conducting and documenting financial analyses and financing projects.

· Assistance in activities such as audit, planning, budgeting, taxation, consolidation, cost control and project control.

· Assessing and analysing various financial results and indicators.

· Collection of budgeting and fiscal data received from assigned departments to prepare revenues balance sheets and historical comparisons of departmental expenditure with the requested appropriations.

· Analyze records of current and past operations, trends and costs, estimated and realized revenues, administrative obligations and obligations incurred to forecast future revenues and expenses.

· Assisting in the preparation of specialist studies, analyses and recommendations in areas such as budgets, forecasts, financial plans, government requirements, statistical reports and business forecasts.

· Retrieve and organize data in the required reporting formats to provide a basis for comparison and evaluation.

· Preparation of reports analysing specific aspects of departmental structures, functions and operating procedures.

· Searching for and recommending ways to improve performance and/or effectiveness.

· Performing other duties assigned.

· Coordinate and assign tasks to collaborators within a work unit and/or project.

Requirements:

· Excellent knowledge in oral and written English and Polish language.

· Higher education in a business-related field.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills. The ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous customer service. Ability to effectively present information to supervisors and financial management.

· Required knowledge of basic financial concepts, concepts and accounting rules.

· Ability to understand, analyse and interpret financial information and the ability to explain/report accurately.

· Computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc. ).
