Team/Role Overview:
The Employee Relations Associate Analyst is responsible for providing case management support through all phases of Employee Relations investigations, under the supervision of an Investigator and in coordination with the Employee Relations team. The overall objective of this role is to assist in the development and implementation of workplace policies, programs and enhancements to maintain and increase employee engagement.
What you'll do:
Responsible for entering new cases and updating status on existing cases related to each investigation/matter into the Employee Relations case management data-base (ServiceNow)
Assists in the preparation of investigation plans
Gathers and analyzes data, which may include; emails, compensation, performance management, diversity, and staffing information, relevant to an investigation
Participates in and takes notes during investigative interviews with employees
Assists with final investigative report writing
Works closely with and assists Employee Relations team members responsible for reporting on portfolio of work
May participate in project work as needed
What we'll need from you:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in investigation support or related work.
Ability to analyze and draw conclusions from data
Exceptional organizational skills
Word, Excel, PowerPoint and data base entry skills a must
Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Sound judgment and discretion with respect to handling sensitive/highly confidential information; Proven work ethic and ability to self-start
Fluent English (writing and speaking); Bi-lingual skills would be a great advantage.
Education:
- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
