Eaton Corporation EMEA Services Growth Marketing Manager in Warsaw, Poland

For our EMEA Service team, we are currently looking for a Service Growth Marketing Manager, with a proved record of execution within the B2B environment and with experience within a matrixed environment.

As our growth objectives are ambitious, this role will need to act with high energy and agility.

As part of our Eaton’s Energy Transition journey, this role will be responsible for ensuring aligned and consistent marketing activities across EMEA, to support the profitable growth strategy for Service primarily, as well as Eaton Electrical Sector. This covers geographical expansion (New countries opening), new offers pilots and introduction, up-selling campaigns on existing customer base (Installed Base campaigns).

The Service Growth Marketing Manager will network and work closely with all teams within the business units such as offer managers, product management, operations and business development as well as outside the business unit including the central marketing team, segment and communication teams and country sales organizations, to ensure all moving pieces for Service growth are heading in the same direction.

Locations: Budapest - Hungary, Warsaw - Poland, Istanbul - Turkey

Hybrid working solutions are available.

The role is reporting to the Marketing Director EMEA - Energy Transition, Digital and Services Division.

Travel rate expected is 25% of the working time.

Responsibilities:

  • Work in close collaboration with Product Managers to consolidate roadmap of new offers, business priorities aligned with the profit plan, opportunities for customer stories and communication

  • Act as the single contact point for countries and coordinate the marketing launch of new offers and the marketing support to business priorities in countries

  • Take part of the Launch process as Marketing stakeholder, and develop content required to support the launch or any marketing campaigns, including web pages

  • Provide segment marcom teams with all relevant service related content to be included into the segment campaigns

  • Create a catalogue of ""ready-to-deploy"" installed base campaigns, define a collaboration framework with countries to allow quick and easy replication of best practices across EMEA

  • Ensure that measurement KPIs are in place and report on campaign results

  • Collect feedback from countries on service or offer specifications, additional support, documentation, resources needed for the launch and onward and share them back with Offer Managers, Product Managers and Business Unit Support Teams, to ensure offering is tailored best to customer needs

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required, the fields of Engineering or Business are preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing, preferably Field Marketing or with Sales teams

  • Good understanding lifecycle management and digital and digitally enabled solutions

  • Previous sales experience is desired

  • Understanding of channel partners and programs

  • Excellent communications and presentation skills

  • Experience with leading complex programs in a matrix environment

  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen

  • Fluent level of English language is required due to the role's exposure at international level in the EMEA region
