Citigroup Continuous Improvement Analyst in Warsaw, Poland
Production Operations Team provides the single point from which we continually monitor infrastructure and application services, lead major incident response, and execute routine operational tasks. In addition we are also responsible for consistent service delivery through best practice ITIL process delivery in the areas of Incident, Problem, Change, Deployment and Configuration Management. We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic person as a member of our Service Optimization (SO) function within Service Optimization and Governance Team.
In this role, you will identify, drive and implement continual service improvement work across our teams , including but not limited to:
Oversight of the Optimization initiatives (which are aimed at elimination of redundant jobs and automation of work with manual touches) owned by Platform Teams within Production Operations.
Partnering with Optimization Lead and Platform Teams to continually improve, streamline and upskill SO support.
Performing Service Improvement efforts for existing Procedures, leveraging principles of Lean review and optimization.
Preparing communication and marketing content for Optimization.
Exposure to various teams and businesses that would gain better knowledge across applications and infrastructure.
Unique opportunity to drive improvements within Production Operations.
Ability to improve leadership skills and build a professional network across the organization.
Knowledge of Lean methodology
Experience in performing Lean reviews
Common sense. Ability to review process documentation from outsider perspective and spot optimization opportunities
Passion for communication and communication tools e.g. Collaborate
Experience with stakeholder engagement
Strong interpersonal skills and managing senior partners
Very good organization skills
Good networking skills
Excellent written and spoken English
Independent and a self-starter, comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of report automation tools and technologies (Python, PowerBi, PowerQuery, SQL) is a plus
Understanding of Production Operations is a plus
