Scope of responsibility:

  • Leading and continuously improving the end-to-end service delivery for a Service or critical business process es on a regional or global level or for different application s .

  • Having an in-depth understanding of the service and business and ensures that the support model and other operational requirements such as SLAs and OLAs with customers and partners meet the customer expectations.

  • Delivering operational excellence through using different practices such as ITIL and SRE.

  • Continuously seeking for opportunities to drive efficiencies through standardization, automation and simplification.

  • Owning the crisis management activities for complex and high-impact outages.

  • Accountable for all aspects of service delivery including overall quality of service, service transition, vendor management and service level management.

Job Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Customer service skills: engagement, emotional intelligence and perseverance.

  • Analytical skills: resolving complex technical issues requires exceptional analytical skills.

  • Multitasking skills: a first-line support agent balances multiple issues simultaneously.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Organization skills: keep accurate records of the types of problems, support and resolutions to be handled, tracking of raised tickets and follow up on their progress

  • SRE skills: driving improvement efficiency and effectiveness of processes and quality of service delivery.
