The Account Manager sells BD Biosciences products to our clients in the assigned sales area and meets the sales targets there. The Account Manager also expands the core business and creates new business opportunities, works on customer projects according to the agreed marketing and sales concepts, and helps the company succeed.

Responsibility for the North-Eastern part of Poland.
Main responsibilities will include:
Creating customer demand for BD Biosciences products in both research and clinical markets
Building and consolidating relationships with relevant domestic clients, decision makers, and opinion leaders
Development and implementation of an individual sales strategy tailored to customer needs
Implementation of the market development strategy
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date CRM database (salesforce.com) of all accounts, including activities, opportunities, threats, and customer contact information
Attend relevant industry trade shows, conferences and meetings as required
Preparing and considering tenders as well as the concept and control of offers in close cooperation with the Sales Manager and the Tender Department
Handling product complaints, processing in appropriate systems and communication with customers
Regularly collecting and processing market information (trends, competition behaviour, products, services, etc.) and introducing ideas for the development of sales plans
Coordination of product training for a specific target group together with the Application / Clinical Specialist and conducting product demonstrations and validations with potential customers
Supporting BD's corporate philosophy and promoting collaboration among all customer groups with BD
About you
Completed academic studies in Life Sciences or comparable scientific background
Fluent Polish and very good knowledge of English.
An advantage, not requirement:
Education in Immunology/Cell Biology
Nice to have expertise in use of Flow Cytometry for diagnostic purposes
Knowledge of the healthcare environment and the specifics of the scientific field
Experience in a customer-focused environment is an advantage in a complaints management environment
Experience in selling high value capital equipment and sales expanding with broad portfolio of consumables
