Sales and Key Account Manager - Meetings and Events

Full time, Warsaw

Responsible for Sales and Key Account Management within Meetings and Events team. The main goal is maintain existing Client accounts and to obtain profitable new National corporate meetings accounts using effective sales and marketing techniques and coordination of available resources.

As a Sales and Key Account Manager, you will

  • Maintain and increase revenues by means of new client acquisition, existing client expansion and retention

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key prospect and existing client decision makers at all levels within the client organization

  • Create plans for acquisition of existing client additional new business opportunities

  • Identify competitive threats and emerging problems and offers

  • Negotiate all client contract terms consistent with company approval processes and commercial policy

  • Use company provided CRM to document and support all sales activities

  • Oversee the implementation of new business, working closely with implementation teams to ensure client expectations are achieved

    About you

  • Experience in a sales/KAM position in business travel or hotel or event industry

  • Knowledge of preparing budgets and pricing scenarios for clients

  • Knowledge of processes, techniques and requirements for formal decisions to purchase a product or service

  • Effective communication skills

  • Fluent English and Polish

  • Computer literate in business software applications
