Wyoming County Human Resources Telephone Operator (Part-time) in Warsaw, New York

TELEPHONE OPERATOR: WYOMING COUNTY COMMUNITY HEALTH SYSTEM

HOURS: All shifts as assigned

SALARY: $16.68 - $18.62 per hour, 0.60 FTE

LOCATION: Wyoming County Community Health System 400 North Main Street, Warsaw, New York 14569

DISTINGUISHING FEATURES OF THE CLASS: The telephone operator performs routing clerical work involving the operation of a telephone desk console or switchboard. The work is performed under general supervision allowing for some exercise of independent judgement in carrying out the details of the work according to a prescribed routing. When not engaged in activities involving the switchboard, employees carry out a variety of clerical tasks.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Graduation from high school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma AND one (1) year of paid clerical experience. Use of a multi-function phone system preferred.
