As our global footprint and customer base grow, we’re looking for a Software Engineer to join our Base Platform team.

This team is responsible for developing secure cloud-native .net core applications leveraging Azure by employing techniques such as TDD, BDD, DDD, Pair programming etc.

They adhere to SSDLC and often use practices such as threat modelling, PenTest, Bug Bounty, etc., to improve our applications' security. They are an agile team that follows a Kanban/Scrum approach depending upon the needs.

This role can be performed on a remote or hybrid basis from within the UK.

•Build a brand-new cloud-native platform leveraging Azure services to support our mission

•Collaborate with various global engineering teams to develop software products

•Work closely with Microsoft to provide best-of-breed technology solutions for our customers

•Access to Pluralsight and various other training resources (eg: UL University) to continue your personal development

•Improve your coaching skills by mentoring other less experienced members of the team

•Work towards continual deployment with a secure DevOps mindset

•Professional experience with C#, .Net, .Net Core (v.6)

•Familiar with APIs, Microservices and Service Oriented Architecture

•A good grasp of software engineering best practices and familiarity with Kanban/Scrum methodologies

•Strong technical knowledge and experience in cloud software systems design such as Azure

•Strong inclination to automation and software-driven engineering

•Effective verbal and written communication skills and methods; with multiple levels of internal stakeholders

•Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively across teams, functional groups and divisions

•Deliver high volume and high transaction systems for critical business systems
