We are looking for an enthusiastic Risk professionals to join us in any of our UK or Ireland offices. We offer flexible and hybrid working models within a highly supportive Organisation.

The Risk Team supports our clients in embedding risk management practices that enables them to be comfortable with taking risks to drive opportunities and efficiency. Building consistency and assurance risk processes, capturing bottom-up data, and turning it to enterprise level by providing senior managers with risk profiles to aid decision making and providing risk insights that provides a value-add service.
We have a range of roles available for Risk Managers and Analyst at multiple stages of their career. Typical requirements for candidate include:
Qualified to degree level (or equivalent) in appropriate subject or IRM diploma
Experience of working in and managing risk, with a sound knowledge of risk management framework
Excellent stakeholder and communication, able to support the development, mitigation and delivery of successful programmes, projects, building and maintaining great client relationships
Comfortable preparing, facilitating and communicating findings from risk workshops
Understanding of the programme lifecycle and be able to provide risk management services across all elements
Depending on role, support with the Coaching, Mentoring and Development of our risk professionals
Ability to run QSRA and QCRA modelling
