We have an opportunity available for support workers to join the team at our extra care service based in Warrington (WA2 0YN) , Harpers Green.

The Role:
You will be supporting adults on a person centered basis to live independently in their own apartments, tasks will include personal care, check in visits, administering medication and domestic tasks.
