Responsibilities:

  • Receive service calls via phone, email, and customer websites

  • Input and monitor work order progress with consistent updates to the customer

  • Prioritize and dispatch technicians for service calls; review call history to avoid duplicate calls

  • Follow up on emergency overnight and weekend calls

  • Review completed work orders and submit to billing team

    Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Exceptional leadership, customer service, and communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task

  • Ability to work individually with a teamwork mindset

  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office, email, and internet usage

  • Call center experience a plus
