Robert Half Administrative Coordinator in Warrendale, Pennsylvania

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Administrative Coordinator in the IT Services industry, based in Warrendale, Pennsylvania. The role involves coordinating activities between stakeholders, providing administrative support to various task groups, contributing to the overall organizational goals, and implementing process improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a primary focal point for assigned programs, coordinating activities between internal and external stakeholders

• Respond to and track customer inquiries, ensuring high-quality customer service

• Assist with the preparation of presentations by compiling data and identifying deviations for reporting to task groups

• Contribute to the overall budget cycle through regular maintenance of audit accreditation reports

• Actively engage as part of the Support Services Team to achieve organizational and departmental goals

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity

• Provide administrative support to assigned Program Managers and Staff Engineers, ensuring smooth operations

• Maintain and manage customer credit records with accuracy and efficiency

• Use Microsoft Office Suites for scheduling communications, preparing for meetings, and maintaining rosters

• Utilize management system for tracking and reporting weekly audit data. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.

• Familiarity with About Time Management System.

• Experience in data entry and correspondence handling.

• Ability to provide exceptional customer service.

• Knowledge of C-Suite level support.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
