JOB SUMMARY Manage PRI Registrar client satisfaction and rapport processes from receipt of a contract from the sales department through the registration decision and certification. Primarily responsible for reviewing all audit documentation for accuracy and completeness and coordination of registration decisions and certificate issuance process. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Manage client and lead auditor adherence to audit report and nonconformance resolution policies, as well as analyzing all metrics associated with these processes, so that PRI Registrar registration decisions are timely and integrity-based. Provide client/auditor support services including reviewing completed audit package process to ensure integrity of all critical process records. Coordinating the registration decision process from return of the audit package to the actual decision for assessment, re-assessment and continuation decisions and certification issuance. This includes the communication with customers when certifications are withheld (e.g., due to lack of payment), suspended or withdrawn, and complete defense of the registration processes during oversight and internal audits. Support the client reaccreditation process, in coordination with Sales as necessary. Maintain and monitor service metrics with regard to customer satisfaction throughout the entire registration process. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree with related course work and administrative / customer service experience, or equivalent. Effective interpersonal and team-building skills. Excellent written and spoken communication skills related to customer service and team work. Strong computer skills and ability to work with appropriate computer application programs. Excellent analytical and organizational skills. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS ISO 9000 quality system experience, preferred. WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Able to travel at least 10% of the time. Ability to read/review documents. Ability to work for long periods at a computer/desk. Standard office environment.
