Your Role The Tech Solutions Engineering Intern will operate in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment which requires flexibility, adaptability, initiative as well as excellent organization and problem-solving skills. This position will be located in Warren, OH. Key job responsibilities for this role include: Coordinate design and design change activities for various electrified vehicle customers Work closely with product development teams to align Aptiv technology with customer needs and business pursuit Lead implementation of the latest technologies into Aptiv product designs Exploit Aptiv product differentiators that provides a competitive advantage (technology, cost, quality, services) Leverage Aptiv organizations/products into technical solution proposals for new business opportunities Work with Aptiv sales and Business Lines to ensure business objectives are met Create and deliver technically strong customer presentations Support, and work closely, with Aptiv Electrification teams in other regions Available to monitor and participate in harness and customer launch activities Ensure compliance with customer specific requirements Experience & Qualifications: Min. year 3 in Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical preferred) 1+ years' experience in a team environment 1+ years' experience in Electrical Schematics/Vehicle mechanizations understanding Nice to have: Excellent Communication skills - written and verbal Multi-tasking team player with a hands-on approach Exposure to manufacturing environment CAD experience Why join us?
