[Compensation: Dawn Incorporated offers competitive salary packages to include healthcare, dental and vision benefits, life insurance, holiday pay, personal days, vacation, 401k plan to include employer matching, and profit sharing. Annual salary is negotiable based on experience.

]{segoe="" ui""=""}*Responsibilities: *[• Analyze drawings, specifications, and other project documentation ]{segoe="" ui""=""}[• Assist in developing project budgets and buy-out process ]{segoe="" ui""=""}[• Purchasing duties ]{segoe="" ui""=""}[• Submit and negotiate change orders or modifications ]{segoe="" ui""=""}[• Create and update construction schedules ]{segoe="" ui""=""}[• Complete monthly progress reports ]{segoe="" ui""=""}[• Administer trade contracts and write scopes of work ]{segoe="" ui""=""}[• Create and maintain Submittal, RFI, and Testing Logs ]{segoe="" ui""=""}[• Write Requests for Information, review submittals, facilitate the submittal process ]{segoe="" ui""=""}[• Approve pay applications ]{segoe="" ui""=""}[• Attend meetings as required ]{segoe="" ui""=""}[• Generate meeting agendas and project meeting minutes ]{segoe="" ui""=""}[• Plan, schedule, or coordinate construction project activities to meet deadlines ]{segoe="" ui""=""}
