Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources (HR) Manager in the Mahoning/Trumbull County area. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing all Human Resources functions within a particular region and will assist in the development and execution of strategic employee programs. Looking for someone who is bilingual in Spanish that can work with leadership and direct staff, in all aspects of HR and operations at a multi-site level.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Human Resources role and bilingual in Spanish.

• Proficient in using ADP Workforce Now for HR management tasks

• Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in handling Benefit Functions

• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written

• Proven track record in ensuring Compliance with labor laws and HR best practices

• Strong experience in managing Employee Relations

• Proficient in Hiring Processes, including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding

• Proficient in Excel for data management and reporting.
