We are recruiting for FULLY REMOTE INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVES to promote our OTC products in the Oral Health category to Dentists and Hygienists.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Successfully perform all required duties in assigned territory, promoting aligned Haleon OTC products

  • Provide scientific knowledge, business acumen, and customer engagement expertise to dental healthcare professional customers in a virtual, fully remote setting

  • Understand and embrace navigating in an Omni Channel environment centered on Dental Healthcare Professional Customers

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and profiles via call reporting software

  • Demonstrate effective selling skills as indicated by preparation of the sales call, account development, personal rapport, fact-based selling, use of digital promotional materials, and customer commitment to Haleon OTC products

  • Safely and adhering to our compliance guidelines, ship product samples, and effectively utilize based on customer recommendation levels

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor's degree or degree in Dental Hygiene or experience in teaching, social work, athletics, communications, or similar backgrounds

  • 1+ years of experience of outside dental, healthcare, or business to business account management

  • Experience presenting to large group

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Dental Hygiene and/or dental sales background, CPG sales, business to business account management

  • Strong competency using MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

  • A successful track record with previous positions demonstrating strong leadership and performance

  • Extensive interpersonal skills

  • Identify high-potential dental practices based on sound business acumen

  • Develop and implement efficient territory management plans to maximize business potential

  • Self-starter, self-motivated, proactive

  • Demonstrated high-level selling skills, including account-based selling, strategic thinking, driving results, and the ability to ask for the business

  • Broad understanding of the local healthcare marketplace and key trends

We also offer the opportunity to receive a discretionary bonus based on the achievement of key business performance and other incentive/recognition programs as part of the offering. The salary for this role is: 55,000 USD + 8 % bonus
