Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic

Job Description

• We are seeking experienced maintenance mechanics to join our team at our newly renovated plant in Michigan

• We have openings on multiple shifts

• You will be responsible for all mechanical repairs and facility maintenance around the plant, ensuring that production continues to run smoothly

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical repairs and maintenance on industrial machinery

• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic systems, including motors, hoses, and pumps

• Troubleshoot pneumatic systems to ensure proper air flow

• Diagnose and repair assembly equipment to maintain production flow

• Conduct basic MIG welding tasks

• Perform basic electrical troubleshooting, including diagnosing sensors and working with 240V systems

• Collaborate with electricians to diagnose and resolve electrical issues

Essential Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a maintenance technician in a fast-paced industrial setting

• 3+ years of hydraulic troubleshooting experience on industrial machines

• Experience troubleshooting pneumatic systems on industrial machinery

• Ability to quickly diagnose and repair assembly equipment issues

• Proficiency in basic MIG welding

• Basic electrical troubleshooting skills, including the use of a volt meter

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00
