Job Title: Header/Roller Operator

Job Description

• We are seeking a skilled Header Roller Operator to join our manufacturing team

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating roller/header machines

• This role requires maintaining production requirements and quality standards with minimal supervision

• Previous experience in die setting translates very well to this role

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate header equipment with limited supervision

• Maintain production requirements and quality standards

• Operate cold heading and roller machines

• Set up and operate Formax 34's, 44's, and 54's

• Perform maintenance on machines if necessary

• Read and understand technical prints

• Perform first piece inspection and monitor the quality of all parts

• Make adjustments to maintain quality standards

Essential Skills

• Experience as a header operator and roller operator is a huge plus

• Mechanical aptitude and die-setting skills

• Experience in machine operation within the manufacturing industry

• Ability to set up and operate manufacturing equipment

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in a Tool & Die setting

• Die setting and tool making skills

• Experience with Formax machines and progressive die

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00
