Job Title: General Production Worker

Shifts:

• 1st Shift (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM)

• 2nd Shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) with a $0.50 shift premium

• 3rd Shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) with a $0.50 shift premium

Responsibilities

• Operate machines and testing equipment to build and assemble quality pumps.

• Gauge products as required.

• Move material and parts within the cell work area and replenish stock.

• Maintain production, quality, and equipment documentation.

• Understand quality alerts and report issues to the team lead.

• Repair defective or rejected production parts daily.

• Analyze defects and assist with corrective action programs.

Essential Skills

• Manufacturing background with at least 2 years in a production worker, operator, or assembler position.

• Good tenure at each previous position.

• Assembly experience in manufacturing.

• Ability to lift 40 lbs.
