Job Description: TEKsystems is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Technical Business Analyst to join our client's team in the Metro Detroit area. This hybrid role requires on-site presence 3 days a week. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical skillset , particularly in SQL, SOAP UI, APIs, and data integrations, and will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for digital marketing initiatives.

• Develop and document detailed technical specifications and business process models.

• Utilize SQL for data analysis and reporting to support marketing strategies.

• Work with SOAP UI and APIs to facilitate data integrations and ensure seamless data flow.

• Coordinate with IT and marketing teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend innovative solutions.

• Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in a similar role.

• Proficiency in SQL, SOAP UI, and API integration.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and data integration techniques.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
