Waltonen is actively seeking a talented Design Checker to join our team!

Job Responsibilities:

• Reviewing CAD files / documents for accuracy and completeness

• Daily interaction with Designers and Detailers regarding CAD files / documents

• Identifying errors and corrections needed

• Utilization of CAD software daily and will open, manipulate and modify specific files

Qualifications:

• Previous checking experience in the defense industry

• Familiarity with MIL standards

• Familiarity with GD&T

• Previous CAD Design experience preferred

• Ability to communicate in a constructive manner

• Only United States Citizens can be considered

• Must Possess or be able to obtain a security clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Checking in NX or Creo experience

• Design capabilities
