ICR - Industrial Control Repair, Inc. Customer Service Representative in Warren, Michigan
Key communicator (i.e., point of contact) for assigned internal and external customers. Responsibilities include quoting, approving, reviewing, and routing customer inquiries and responding appropriately and in a timely manner. Ensure information is entered correctly into the ERP (MicroSoft Dynamics AX).
Essential Duties
- Prepare, enter, verify, document, coordinate and/or expedite customer quotes, exceptions repairs ad purchase orders efficiently.
- Respond to emails promptly, prioritize, investigate and ensure resolution.
- Work with internal customers (Sales, Equipment Repair, Engineering, S/R) to properly facilitate customer issues and concerns.
- Answer incoming phone calls courteously providing proper follow-through to completion.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED is required
- Associates degree is prferred
- 3+ years' of customer service experience in industrial field (or related)
- Proficient using computer (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Service oreinted with friendly demeanor
