Middle Flint Health & Wellness EMR Discharge Coordinator in Warner Robins, Georgia
Position Title: **EMR Discharge Coordinator, Part-time
**Description of Duties: The individual in this role will serve as a EMR discharge coordinator. The focus of this position is to ensure accurate record keeping of active clients in the EMR. Staff will utilize Carelogic system to generate report of active clients in the system. Will conduct EMR search to determine individuals not engaged in services for longer than 90 days. Will complete administrative discharge for non-active clients according to MFBHC policy 5-SD.063 Discharge From Services.
*Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma. Must have a valid, unrestricted Georgia Drivers License. Must be keyboard proficient. *Preferred Qualifications: One to two years office experience. Proficient with use of CareLogic EMR system.
