We have immediate openings for several Full Time Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team in our Warminster, PA. Burpee is dedicated to providing our customers with an exceptional overall experience so we are seeking high-energy, courteous, professional individuals for this highly important role. You will contribute to the overall success of the organization by providing outstanding service to our customers. You will handle customer inquiries, answer questions, assist with orders, and other related tasks.
The successful candidate for the Customer Service Representative position will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to follow up and follow through is critical in this role. Candidates must be flexible and able to work occasional evening and weekend hours during peak season.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers, answer phone calls, respond to customer email inquiries & performs live chat assistance
Troubleshoot & researches customer order problems
Perform data entry of phone, mail & Burpee.com orders
Processes order returns & replacements
Assist with filing & various special projects as needed
Perform all other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Willingness and desire to learn about our products
Strong attention to detail and accuracy with strong organizational skills
Excellent computer skills with the ability to learn new programs quickly and easily
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data entry & web browsing
Gardening experience a plus (not a requirement)
