We are now looking for aPeople Services Specialist to join our team in Waremme. This is a permanent full-time position based in Waremme, Belgium.
Purpose of Position
As the People Services Specialist, you’ll have a chance to make your mark in a culture based on motivation, inspiration and a drive to make a difference.
The role places the position holder as the payroll process administrator and master data support for our HRIS. The role will ensure efficient and accurate payroll process administration, maintaining the integrity of our HRIS platforms including, but not limited to payroll, benefits, starters, leavers, and internal changes. In addition, you are the first point of contact for managers and employees and are responsible for supporting of the annual people processes locally.
Demonstrate operational excellence aligned with the Global People Services scorecard, ensuring service excellence for our employees and stakeholders.
Participate in Global and local People Services projects and initiatives driving streamlined and digitalized people processes.
Areas of involvement will include:
Ensuring local new hire, on-boarding and off-boarding administration processes are undertaken efficiently and reported correctly to external partners.
Acting as the first point of contact in the people function to provide confidential local support to employees and managers
Carry out payroll process administration and provide wider benefits information to employees
Ensuring all people forms, processes, and online filing are updated and GDPR compliant
Owning the local master data accuracy and archiving according to relevant compliance
Maintaining all local people systems to ensure the integrity and accuracy of the information
Support the People team to ensure accurate administration of the Global employee group.
Provide accurate and timely payroll and benefits information for the international assignee population in line with the external provider

Proven high administrative skills in a matrix environment
Experience with processing payroll
Collaborative working style engendering strong team spirit
High integrity and ethics
Strong planning, attention to detail and organisation skills
Strong process-orientation and process improvement mindset
Excellent Communication (verbal and written) and Customer Service orientation
Knowledge of HR such as Success Factors and ServiceNow andavantegous
Knowledge Microsoft Office - Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
French native speaker and proficient knowledge of English
Preferred Skills/ Competences:
Minimum of 2-3 years of Generalist People (HR) experience in a fast-paced environment
