Tasks & Responsibilities

• As the Supply Chain Manager, you will develop and implement supply chain / logistics strategies

• You will lead Sales & Operation (S&OP) process to ensure alignment with commercial and controlling teams on demand forecast and inventory level.

• You will handle demand management including market trend analysis and customers ‘ needs forecasts;

• You will be in charge of inventory management including control measures and systems operations.

• You will oversee purchasing of goods and collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery;

• You will develop, review and improve SOP to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.

• You will prepare reports for management on supply chain metrics and KPIs

• You will ensure compliance with regulations and standards in supply chain operations

• You will lead initiatives for process improvement and cost reduction

Requirements

• Ideally Degree holder in logistics management or equivalent but not a must.

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in supply chain / logistics management with a minimum of 3 years at managerial level

• Experience in SAP SCM is an advantage

• Proficiency in supply chain software and tools and MS office applications.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivated

• Sound knowledge in HK Customs regulation

• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager

• This is an individual contributor role reporting to Head of Finance & Administration.
