Our client, a leader in the food manufacturing industry, is seeking a 3rd Shift Operations Specialist to join their team. As a 3rd Shift Operations Specialist, you will be part of the operations department supporting production activities. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent project management abilities, and a keen attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: 3rd Shift Operations Specialist

Location: Wanamingo, MN

Pay Range: $68,000 - $85,000 / Annually

What's the Job?

• Oversee all activities within the operations department with a focus on off-shift support.

• Coordinate production activities and resources to ensure daily objectives are met.

• Provide clear communication across all shifts and departments.

• Develop team cohesiveness to build an effective operating culture.

• Implement solutions and technologies to improve safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

What's Needed?

• Previous experience as an operations supervisor or similar role.

• Hands-on experience implementing operational processes.

• Excellent project management skills.

• Knowledge of operational principles and policies.

• Experience working within an FDA regulated environment preferred.

• Recommended 5 years of experience in a food manufacturing environment with some leadership experience necessary and/or four-year degree, preferably in a business or technical field.

• BKG/DG

• HS Diploma/GED
