Poca Valley Bank, Inc. Loan Processing Specialist in Walton, West Virginia
Responsible for all job activities related to entering new loans into the loan system, verifying accuracy of data entered and performing any maintenance required to maintain the integrity of the loan records.
Essential Functions:
Accurately enter information and upload loan documents (Consumer, Consumer Mortgage, Commercial) in core system Work with lenders to ensure that all required information has been obtained Review loan files and understand the existing transaction to appropriately upload file Assist with loan documentation such as titles, updating the Access spreadsheet for exception tracking Preparing loans for scanning Completing documentation for loan non-accrual and charge off loans
