Such experience provides an ideal foundation.We’re serious about putting "care" into "customer care." Our clients expect a friendly, knowledgeable response to e-mails and phone calls. Here are typical methods to show our clients that we really care:--- by phone, review web pages with clients and guide them to focus on products that match their needs--- listen carefully to clients' questions, then e-mail links to pages on our website that provide good answers--- choose suitable samples and promptly mail them--- create estimates--- a few days later, call or e-mail the client--- ensure their inbound orders are complete and compatible with prior ordersYour dedication to learning new skills is essential. Prior experience using sales support software, e.g., Oracle, Salesforce, or some other customer relationship management software is helpful.
