Maintenance Technician

Shift: 1st / 3rd Shift

Pay: $30-35 h/r

Location: Erlanger, KY

Description:

• Maintains the quality and integrity of high speed packaging and end-of-line automation equipment to ensure good safe condition and operating order.

• Provides technical support and hands-on guidance to supervisors and production department resources as required.

• Supports safety, continuous improvement and other Lean Manufacturing projects

• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, controls and basic PLC problems with equipment, taking corrective action to minimize downtime

• Electrical and mechanical installation of new equipment, including frequency drives, HMI, pneumatic, hydraulic and compressed air

• Support high speed flow wrappers, vertical baggers, and pick-and-place robots.

• Ensure that all equipment is mechanically & electrically maintained by following a CMMS preventative maintenance program.
