What you’ll do

From leading full recruitment lifecycle to championing employment branding campaigns, you’ll partner with the leadership team to continue to foster the strong culture of collaboration, striving for excellence, and building meaningful relationships. You’ll work with your functional director to understand and advocate for talent as a key driver of business results. How You'll Make a Difference

Build on our diverse employee base through the expansion of our purposeful brand, establish the TA function as a strategic partner during a time of growth, refine existing recruiting processes, and lead recruiters through change.

  • Lead, manage, and assess performance to develop a high-performing team of managers and recruiters

  • Develop and build recruiter proficiencies and lead robust sourcing and research capabilities

  • Build relationships with Hiring Managers, HR business partners, and TA Business Partners to outline full-scope sourcing, branding, and recruiting strategies that fulfill hiring needs

  • Proactively forecast impact of market, economic, demographic, socioeconomic trends that influence talent attraction and acquisition

  • Track, analyze, and report recruiting metrics to assess and continuously improve performance, efficiency, and capability

  • Introduce new and/or improved methodologies for attracting, assessing, and selecting the best talent

  • Guide recruiters and managers to deliver insightful market research and intelligence to our business that provides industry trends, organization structures, market news and key talent

  • Build deep, sustainable networks and communities of diverse talent across industries and geographies

  • Embrace employee referrals and build upon existing multi-channel sourcing of passive and active candidates across the full-range and levels

  • Identify future talent needs and develop talent pools and social engagement by collaborating across the global organization

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Biology, Psychology, or other related field

Experience

  • 8+ years of innovative full-cycle recruiting experience in large, complex organizations or search environment

  • 2+ years of project and/or team leadership experience, preferably with remote teams

  • Strong development, execution, and implementation skills with the ability to successfully develop recruiting programs

  • Experience in developing positive relationships and in successfully interfacing and influencing at all organizational levels

  • Demonstrated success in leading complex projects

  • Demonstrable experience with multi-channel sourcing strategies and brand development

  • Familiarization with workforce planning principles and strategies

  • Ability to build and scale a high-performing recruitment organization

  • Experience independently juggling multiple concurrent tasks and priorities

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Solid understanding of business priorities and ability to produce recruiting plans to support business goals

  • Ability to lead projects and manage goals with team members and cross-functionally

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Strong work ethic and “hands on” approach

  • Ability to make rational decisions in difficult situations with little input from others

  • Action and result oriented, with proven commitment to increasing quality outcomes across the recruiting process

  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and tenaciously prioritize needs and operational plans to accommodate a broad range of business partners and responsibilities

  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
