What You'll Do at Pega:

• Define the vision, strategy & roadmap of product features

• Work closely with engineering teams on product implementations

• Market research and competitive analysis

• Building proof of concepts & exploring new technologies

Who You Are:

You are a motivated self-starter with a background in technology or engineering, capable of bridging the gap between business and technical requirements. You should have strong communication skills, able to effectively translate business needs into actionable technical solutions. This individual should be comfortable presenting to leadership and collaborating closely with engineering teams. A keen interest in AI and its applications, along with a passion for authoring experiences that drive the creation of software in large, complex organizations, is essential for success in this position.

• Currently enrolled in an MBA degree with a technology or engineering focus

• Strong presentation and communication skills

• Understanding of object-oriented programming

• Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models
