Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Looking for a facilities technician to work within a lab setting and ensure systems are running smoothly. Ideal candidates will have a strong mechanical background, solid troubleshooting ability, and computer literacy in working through CMMS.

Hard Skills

• Mechanical background

• Troubleshooting ability

• Computer literacy (CMMS)

• Experience with air handlers, FP boxes, VAVs, vacuum and compressed air systems, medical gas systems, water purification systems

• Repairing faucets and flushometers

• Installing and moving fixtures/furniture

• Troubleshooting MEP systems

Soft Skills

• Coordination with vendors

• Emergency response

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Waltham, Massachusetts.

Work Environment

Lab environment, about 50K sq/ft. of facility to cover. Working alongside production to ensure all systems are running smoothly and allow them to complete their work.
