Job Duties:

Journal entries

Bank reconciliation

Expense reporting

Vendor maintenance

Accounts Payable and Receivable support

Perform Special projects as needed

Month-end close activities

Other projects as assigned by Controller

Requirements

Minimum 2-3 years of recent accounting experience - Full cycle AP, Billing, Full cycle AR, Journal Entries, Bank reconciliation

Degree in Accounting, Business or related field

Advanced Excel a must - Vlookups, Pivot tables, formulas

Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, NetSuite, MS Dynamics, Yardi, QuickBooks

Impeccable written and verbal communication skills

Flexibility and adaptability a must
