Job Description

A client is looking for a Sr. Land Surveyor to join their team! This position is a direct hire/FTE position with a growing company. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a great team and provide professional oversight. In this position you will perform project research on logistics, management and prepare legal descriptions. In this role you will also supervise project field crews and work on control, boundary, subdivision, heavy civil, topographic & design surveys, aerial mapping control, and more. In this position you will supervise technical staff, provide direction, and support the Survey Manager to ensure projects are on schedule and budget.

Skills and Requirements

7-10+ years of experience surveying and mapping experience

Professional Land Surveyor registration certification

3+ years of Project Management experience

Ability to use total stations, GPS receivers, Data Collectors, and GPS reduction software.

Understanding of monumentation, staking, and marking with the ability to read and understand survey drawings, plans and specifications. Hydrographic surveying experience null
