High end boutique firm is seeking an associate attorney to join their team. This is a hybrid remote role. If you are eager to learn from an experienced partner with an interest in furthering their career and looking for an opportunity where you will thrive, this could be the job for you. The permanent Attorney will work in the Walnut Creek, California, area.

How you will make an impact

• Supporting attorneys and staff within the practice groups department

• Communicate with clients and opposing counsel

• Analyze and summarize legal documents

• Legal research and drafting of a wide range of legal documents

  Requirements

• Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing

• Must possess analytical, legal research and writing skills

• Attention to detail and proven ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement

• Licensed attorney with 2+ years of commercial litigation experience

• First-rate academic credentials and references

• Comprehensive knowledge of litigation

• Writing Skills experience preferred

• Trial experience experience

• Defending Depositions experience preferred

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment, to prioritize client matters and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent through each task performed
