The Reserves Network Inc. Molding Technician in Wallingford, Connecticut
Molding Technician $22.50 per hour 2nd Shift 2:45 PM - 11:15 PM Hartford County Weekly pay periods

Use your molding technician skills to performbasic and advanced equipment and process set-up, changeovers, troubleshooting, equipment maintenance,and basic repair and rebuild. Equipment includes Injection Molding Machines and associated ancillary equipment.
What You Will Do:
- Perform cycle checks, adjust businessplan,and prioritize workload according to business needs.
- Assured compliance of Company operations to all applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
- Perform machine/mold safety checks; perform mold changeovers.
- Process material changeovers - fill barrels, mix materials and ensure traceability.
- Typically, requires travel less than 5% of the time.
What You Need:
- Understanding of computers and computerized controls
- Up to 3 years of manufacturing experience. Previous experience with plastic injection molding equipmentisdesirable
- High School Diploma or GED required. Technical school background desirable
- Recurring physical demands include standing, walking, stooping, crouching, climbing,andbilateral motion involving hands, wrists, and upperbody
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drugscreen
