What you'll do
Support Strategic Customer Innovation Managers in their daily tasks:
Perfect skills in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Teams
Fluent in English and German
Support Program Management in daily activities
Draft customer communications incl. meeting minutes
Support customer meetings by preparing Mural boards and polls
Participate in customer meetings, help facilitate customer workshops
Create PowerPoint presentations for internal and external meetings
Maintain SAP-internal SharePoint Sites
Drive selected topics on your own (based on your experience)
Work on multiple projects at the same time and meet overlapping deadlines
Support with all ad-hoc tasks
What you bring
Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Management, Economics, Business Informatics or similar
Ability to plan, prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently
Good verbal and written communication skills in German & English
Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications (i.e. PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Microsoft SharePoint)
Experience as a working student, (Ex-)SAP working student is a plus
Meet your team
The Strategic Customer Innovation Team manages exclusive collaboration with selected top customers, which are highly innovative and in a global scale, to build strategic partnerships.
The focus of the team is enhancing customer experience, ensuring customer success, and supporting product success in a complex collaboration environment.
Therefore, the program provides a governance framework to bring different initiatives of a customer in one joint program, to increase transparency and alignment between development units, streamline interactions between customer and SAP and manage expectation and risk centrally, as well as proactively.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
