What you`ll do

We are looking for an experienced Senior/Expert Project Manager for the multi-cultural and diverse SAP BTP Multi Cloud Delivery and Data Center Build Out Team to act as the project lead for the demanding and challenging co-development project with Google to deploy BTP services on Googles new IaaS layer GDC air-gapped (GDC-A). This is a multi-year multi million project that requires to lead and coordinate multiple workstreams including but not limited to Engineering, Controlling, GTM, Program Management. The project lead needs to be senior enough to deal with SAP and Google Executives as well as SAP and Google employees.

You will

• lead the co-development project between Google and SAP.

• Facilitate and orchestrate multiple SteerCos including but not limited to a Joint SteerCo between Google and SAP, an SAP internal Executive SteerCo and as SAP Internal Co-Dev Project SteerCo

• Manage the project to stay in time, in budget and in quality.

• lead and inspire the multi-cultural and diverse team and its managers without authority.

• navigate a changing landscape of demanding customers and internal challenges with tact, secrecy but polite firmness.

What you bring

• 8 years of total professional working experience, thereof 6 years as a program and/or project manager

• Experience dealing within SAP and with customers on CxO level.

• Comprehensive understanding of SAP BTP/T&I services and their development.

• Commercialization and Go-To-Market experience is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving skills. You have a can-do mindset and are proactive, creative and solution oriented.

• True team player with the ability to influence, inspire and lead without authority.

• Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills with ability to connect people and topics.

• Large network in T&I and other board areas.

• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken, other languages a plus.

• Creative thinking, willingness and ability to learn quickly new concepts and technologies.

The SAP BTP Multi Channel delivery & DC Buildout team is part of T&I BTP Foundation Unit and is responsible for driving and executing the SAP BTP strategy for deploying cloud products into sovereign and private environments.
