What youll do:

UX Engineering is looking for a (senior) ABAP developer (f/m/d) with a product and customer fires mindset to further develop SAPs Cloud ERP User Experience products and to drive and shape the integration of different (AI and non-AI) products with the overall mission to gain happy live customers.

The entry point (My Home) for SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori elements, SAP Fiori tools, and the integration of our flagship ERP solution with other solutions are just a few of our innovative and modern products that we deliver to thousands of customers who are using SAP S/4HANA, public and private edition(s).

In your role as a (senior) integration developer (f/m/d), you will work cross-functionally in a global team, with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to drive a variety of technical integration aspects to ensure successful products and help safeguard the success of our customers. Your engagement with our customers and partners will enable you to experience the impact of your work in the real world.

What you bring:

• Formal education in computer science, programming, mathematics, or other related field (EQF level 5 or above)

• Minimum of 8 years of SAP ABAP experience (incl.: build environment automation, unit testing, OO, SOA, analysis and debugging of customer problems, SAP notes, software architecture, REST based architectures, dynp development, abapGIT, DDD, ABAP RESTful Application Programming)

• Experience in integrating GPT-3* and GPT-4* with ABAP

• Hands-on experience in Application Development & Productization, Application Lifecycle Management, Intelligent Scenario Lifecycle Management, Software Architecture, model-driven development

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills in international teams as well as abstraction & generalization abilities

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Ability and willingness to work directly with customers to address

• Experience with Program, Stakeholder, Customer and Project management (cross-location/cross-team)

• Language Skills: Fluent in English, additional language qualification appreciated
