SAP Working Student (f/m/d) - Project Management Office (PMO) Support in Walldorf, Germany

What youll do:

  • Support project managers, program managers, and PMOs in delivering People and Culture transformation projects.

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking project activities, timelines, and deliverables.

  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.

  • Contribute to the development and refinement of PMO processes, tools, and best practices.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication across projects.

  • Analyze project data and provide insights to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.

What you bring

You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. Were looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

  • Educational requirements:Currently enrolled in a university program

  • ideally in business administration, management, or a related field.

  • Language requirements:Fluent in English; German is a plus.

  • Desired skills/experience:

  • Strong understanding of project management principles and PMO best practices.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, or similar).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

Meet your team

You will be part of the People and Culture Program Office, within the Strategy and Transformation unit. Our team consists of project managers, program managers, and PMOs dedicated to delivering impactful People and Culture transformation projects. We are a dynamic and collaborative team committed to shaping the future of our organizations culture. This role offers a unique opportunity to support key initiatives and contribute to the successful delivery of transformation projects across the company.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
