About the team:

We are a global team of industry experts performing product marketing functions for the Construction, Travel, & Transportation industries. We are a small and highly diverse team both geographically and culturally.

What youll do:

Position title: Product Marketing Intern

Work Area: Marketing

Location: Walldorf, Germany

Expected start date: February 01, 2025

In this role, youll:

• Support SAPs Construction, Travel, & Transportation Industry Business Unit team: Create and manage content, and handle daily business tasks to further the adoption of SAP solutions in the industry.

• Conduct Market Research: Prepare data to support the evolution of our industry strategy.

• Assist in Business Development Activities: This includes target list segmentation, internal coordination, meeting scheduling, follow-up, and tracking.

• Coordinate with Partners and Internal Teams: Help accelerate the development of industry-specific applications on the SAP Cloud Platform.

• Plan and Execute Global Customer Events: Grow our industry communities and gather customer feedback to improve our industry solutions and positioning.

Who you are:

You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. Were looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint: Demonstrates strong analytical thinking.

• Excellent Communication Skills: Possesses outstanding written and verbal communication abilities in English.

• Self-Starter and Agile: Takes initiative and adapts quickly to changing environments.

• Collaborative Team Player: Works well with large groups of people.

• Multi-Tasking and Prioritization: Capable of handling multiple tasks, prioritizing effectively, and thriving in a high-pressure environment.

• Experience with SAP Systems: Preferably has some experience with SAP systems.

• Knowledge of Construction, Travel, or Transportations: Preferably has some knowledge of these industries.

• Passionate About Technology: Enthusiastic about working for the worlds largest ERP software company.

• Internship Duration: One year internship period with possible extension to 2 years.

Note for Germany: currently the SAP Internship Experience Program is only open to interns and being hired into other contract types such as working students will preclude the candidate's participation in the program.
