What you`ll do

The position requires analytical skills in combination with a genuine service-oriented approach including the ability to anticipate changes and present recommendations to Management. You will deal with large, multinational enterprises / providers in order to ensure services meet our requirements and expectations.

• IT asset management for Germany

• Attending on-site IT equipment inventories and audits

• Contract management for managed IT services

• Identification and management of technical and contract risks

• Escalation management

• Claim management

• Use creative approaches to ensure strategic development of department specific strategy, execution and operational plans

• Monitoring of specific goals (scope, quality, availability) and continuous enhancements and adoption to new requirements

• Develop concepts for continuous improvements of processes and content

• Provide program & project management support for department specific projects

What you bring

• University Degree, in Economics, Business Administration, Business Informatics or comparable

• Experience in dealing with large, multinational enterprises / providers

• 5-7 years of professional experience

• Strategic and visionary thinking

• Data Analyst Skills

• Creativity in suggesting solutions

• Can-do attitude, thinking outside of the box

• In-depth skills incontract and asset management

• Excellent interpersonal skills communicating with others, problem solving and decision making

• Ability to take ownership of assigned objectives set forth by management, even in situations with a high stress level

• Prepared to travel in / out of the country

• Fluent English and German language skills oral and written

• Familiarity with Microsoft Enterprise architecture

• Sound knowledge of communication / collaboration technologies and office network technologies
